After graduating from Punahou School in 1986, Dan Kirley completed his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1990. He graduated from McGeorge School of Law/University of the Pacific in 1993. Dan is admitted to practice both in California and Hawaii. He has worked on three reported appellate cases and served as a contributing author for the 1999 Hawaii State Bar Association's "Hawaii Motor Vehicle Collision Manual.
Stuart M. Kodish, Esq.
Stuart Kodish attended Ohio State University, receiving his Bachelor's degree in political science in 1983 and his law degree in 1986. Stuart is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and is a co-author of the Hawaii Motor Vehicle Collision Manual. He is a member of the panel of arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association as well as serving as an arbitrator for the Hawaii Circuit Court Annexed Arbitration Program. Bruce Larson, Esq.
Bruce A. Larson resides on the Big Island of Hawaii and serves clients from our Hilo office. He has practiced law over 20 years and is admitted to the bar in Hawaii, Washington, and Montana. Mr. Larson graduated from Montana State University in 1976 with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and received his law degree from the University of Montana in 1980. He serves as an arbitrator for the Hawaii Court Annexed Arbitration Program and has assisted in training other attorneys to serve as arbitrators.
Emily Kawashima Waters, Esq.
Emily is a graduate of Punahou School in 1987, and received a Bachelor of Arts at the University of California at Berkeley in 1991. She attended the William S. Richardson School of Law, where she was a Case and Note author and managing editor of the University of Hawaii Law Review before graduating in 1995. Emily is admitted to practice in both Hawaii and California. Emily was fortunate enough to clerk for the Honorable Samuel P. King at the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii for four years. Emily also enjoyed four years of intense trial practice as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the City & County of Honolulu.
